From showing to closing, the process took an hour. Cheryl is an amazing realtor with 33 years in the area. She toured me around the city to show me all the places around including recreation, dining, and entertainment. I would absolutely love to deal with Cheryl for my next rental and/or purchase.

Cheryl is highly motivated. This was an estate sale and we live an hour away. She was excellant in every way and took care of the little details involved in the sale. I mean getting a post office key, purchasing the condo association book. Saved us a 2 hour round trip for each detail. We greatly appreciated her work and time.

Cheryl was very informative with regards to market pricing. She provided excellent guidance on pricing and with the negotiation with the buyer. I was relocated and she was able and willing to handle issues on my behalf which was instrumental to the sale of my home.
